Charlene Gleaton

Charlene joined us in October 2006. She and her husband Karnell are the parents of 4 children. She has an Associate in Arts degree for Public Relations and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Her background is a perfect fit for Training Concepts. She has worked as a trainer, provided end user technical support, and supervised a call center. Her responsibilities here include acting as our Testing Center Proctor.
