Chad Todd

Chad Todd is a founding partner of Training Concepts. He serves as our Chief Technical Officer (CTO). He manages our Microsoft, CompTIA, Citrix, Novell, and Certified Ethical Hacking training programs, and is the technical lead for all Microsoft related consulting projects.

About half of Chad's time is spent in the field doing consulting work. Most of his consulting involves Active Directory and Exchange. Chad also spends a good amount of time in the classroom, where he focuses on security, Windows 2003/Vista, Exchange 2003/2007, and ISA 2004/6 classes. His favorite classes to teach are the Certified Ethical Hacking class and any Exchange class, and over the past 9 years Chad has taught hundreds of classes and thousands of students.

When he is not training or consulting Chad does technical writing, he has authored books on Windows XP, Windows 2000 Security, Windows Software Update Services, and Windows Server 2003. In addition to writing books, Chad has written over three dozen articles for Redmond Magazine (formerly MCP Magazine). Before starting Training Concepts, Chad was a systems trainer for Ikon Education Services and a network engineer for Fleet Mortgage Group and Netbank.
